Introduction to Hexa Storage

Hexa Storage is a modern, tech-enabled self-storage facility just outside Cheltenham. They came into the industry as newcomers, but with a clear vision: build a facility that delivers excellent customer service in a fully autonomous way, using the latest technology to make that possible.

To get there, they needed the right suppliers around them. People who knew the industry, shared their mindset and were willing to work collaboratively rather than just sell a product.

Kinnovis was one of those suppliers. And their site went on to become the first in the industry to integrate Kinnovis with the Open Tech Alliance automatic locking system.

The result is a single, connected journey for the customer from start to finish. One PIN code opens the main gate and continues through to the individual storage unit. No switching between apps, no separate access systems. Everything works together, because it was built to work together.

For the operator, that same connectivity matters just as much. Access control, occupancy and the daily running of the facility are all managed through one place. The backbone of how the site runs, every single day.

Getting to that point required more than good software. Hexa Storage were new to the industry and needed to get up to speed fast. What they found was a team that was hands-on, present and focused on outcomes rather than just the sale.
