Kinnovis Access is built natively into Kinnovis Manager. The same booking that creates a rental issues the gate code. The same payment that clears a balance reopens the door.
THE PROBLEM
Disconnected access means two points of failure
Without a direct connection between the two, updating a customer’s status in your billing software doesn’t update the access system, and someone has to close that gap by hand.
A customer falls behind on rent. Their account is flagged in the billing software, but the gate still lets them in until someone remembers to update access separately.
Move-outs come with a list of to-dos. Their unit is marked vacant, but their code still opens it until someone revokes it manually.
How ACcess works
One pipeline, no manual steps
1. A customer books their unit
Their details are automatically logged in the Kinnovis Manager. No separate access account to set up.
2. Access is issued automatically
A code for the front door (or gate) as well as a unit code, depending on your setup. Generated and ready before their move-in.
3. Move-in day arrives
Their access codes arrive automatically by email. The codes are also accessible via the Customer Portal. No intervention by you or your team required.
4. A payment is missed
Access is suspended immediately. No site visit, no awkward phone call, no manual override required.
5. They pay
Access restores the moment the balance clears. No follow-up tasks required.
6. Move-out day arrives
Access is revoked as part of closing the contract.
Every step is logged against your customer’s record, so if a dispute comes up, the answer is already there.
