Kinnovis today announced the acquisition of Xperitt, the Spanish self-storage software company behind the Kypiq facility management platform and Kleeiq access control system. The deal brings Xperitt’s team, products and customer base into Kinnovis and gives the combined business a direct presence in the Iberian market alongside its existing operations across the UK, Germany, Austria and wider Europe.

Xperitt has built its business serving self-storage operators across the Iberian market, with a product set that pairs facility management software with proprietary access control hardware. Its customer base includes Cabe Trasteros, one of Spain’s largest self-storage operators, running on Kypiq and Kleeiq across its portfolio. Both products move into the Kinnovis platform. Xperitt customers continue to be supported on their existing platforms, with a phased path to the wider Kinnovis product set over time.

Iván Palacios Verano, co-founder of Xperitt, joins Kinnovis as Managing Director for Kinnovis Iberia. He remains the named point of contact for Xperitt’s existing customers and leads Kinnovis’ commercial activity across Spain and Portugal.

For customers across the combined business, the acquisition consolidates facility management software and access control under one supplier. The combined engineering and support teams move under one structure, giving customers across Europe access to a larger team for both product development and day-to-day support.
