Our partner connects Kinnovis directly to Power BI as a data source. That means your unit data, pricing, payments and occupancy flow into Power BI automatically — no manual exports, no copy-pasting between systems.

 

 

Power BI Pro or Premium is required to publish and share reports via the Power BI Service. Our partner will advise on the right licence for your team size and use case during the initial scoping call.

 

Yes. The data model is built to support multi-site and multi-brand operations. You can filter by location, group sites into regions or view consolidated numbers across the whole portfolio.

 

Refresh frequency depends on your Power BI licence. Pro supports up to eight scheduled refreshes per day. Premium supports near-real-time refresh. Most operators run a daily or twice-daily schedule.

 
 

Yes. Our partner handles migrations from Excel, Google Sheets and other BI tools. They will audit your existing reports, map the data to the Kinnovis model and rebuild them in Power BI with scheduled refresh in place.
