Frequently Asked Questions
You need an active Kinnovis account and a paid Signable subscription (Small plan or higher). The free Signable plan does not include API access, which is required for the integration. Once you have both, connect them via the Connected Apps tab in your Kinnovis manager.
Yes. You can connect Signable to multiple locations from a single Kinnovis account. Each location is configured separately, so you can use different contract templates per site if needed.
Yes. Signable is browser-based, so tenants can sign from any device without downloading an app. No printing or scanning required.
When you set up the integration, you map Kinnovis data fields (such as name, address and deposit amount) to the corresponding fields in your Signable template. From that point on, contracts are filled automatically when a booking is created.
Yes. The integration uses Signable’s API, which is only available on paid plans. The Small plan is the minimum required. If you upgrade from a free account, make sure to update your API key in Kinnovis as it changes on upgrade.
