Schollaert, established in 1883, is a family-owned removal and storage company serving Ghent and its surroundings. Starting with removals, they began offering self-storage as more of a side-project to their customers. However, it’s now become a core part of their business.
How Kinnovis has helped your self-storage business?
So imagine we have 220 boxes now and imagine that we did it all on paper. We had like the map printed out and laminated and put crosses over the rented boxes and we walked around with customers with the map on paper, checking what box was available and what wasn’t.
So in that case, you know, this is really helping us to have a facility map that visualise it all in one glimpse of an eye. That’s important for us.
What would you say is your favourite Kinnovis feature?
That there is a possibility that customers can pay automatically for their invoices because we want to get rid of all the manual human intervention that we had until last year.
So being able for customers to just set an automatic payment that they don’t need to pay each invoice individually and that we don’t need to check them each month if they’re paid, that it all goes smoothly. That’s really nice for us, great job on the invoices part and the facility map! That’s the one thing if I speak for all my colleagues, that really helps us.
How did you find the onboarding process?
Shout out to Fabian who helped us with our onboarding. It was great to get an introduction to the software by video conference and then he helped us by explaining it all with personal, one-on-one communication. He was also really fast in answering, so shout out to Fabian there!
