Lättlagrat is based in Luleå, Sweden, founded in 2017. The company offers clean, heated, and secure storage units of various sizes to both individuals and businesses. We caught up with their CEO, Erik, at the 2024 Fedessa conference in Stockholm to hear about how he’s found using Kinnovis over the past few years.
How Kinnovis has helped your self-storage business?
Kinnovis has helped our business to basically automate everything. We can now take bookings online. We barely talk to customers. I would say maximum 5% of our customers actually reach out.
What would you say is your favourite Kinnovis feature?
I don’t have really a specific feature that I think is better than any other. I think the whole Kinnovis platform is perfect. Of course, the leads feature is one feature that is extremely good.
How did you find the onboarding process?
The onboarding process was very easy. Of course, I think even if you’re not very tech savvy, it was very, very easy to implement. And we also used another software before. And we got a lot of help to export all that data and, and import it, you know, so we didn’t have to do all the work ourselves.
