Position Overview:

Are you driven by customer success and eager to build lasting client relationships? As an IT Customer Success Manager at Kinnovis, you will play a crucial role in guiding our customers through the onboarding process for our self-storage software, ensuring they fully realise its potential. In this role, you’ll also act as an IT Project Manager, coordinating multiple projects while providing ongoing support to ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a knack for multitasking, and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding & Support: Lead clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our software. Provide continuous support to ensure they achieve their goals with our solutions.

Project Coordination: Plan and manage multiple IT projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Technical Guidance: Identify and address technical challenges in collaboration with our tech team, ensuring clients’ issues are resolved promptly.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for their needs and concerns.

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective account strategies that align with client needs.

Problem Solving: Address customer challenges creatively and proactively, ensuring a solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

Project Management Expertise: At least 2-3 years of experience in managing multiple projects (minimum 5 projects simultaneously) with a proven track record of success.

Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated experience in customer service with a focus on proactive issue resolution and relationship building.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software logic and basic scripting skills. Ability to turn unstructured data into structured formats in Excel.

Language Skills: Fluency in French, Spanish, and English is required.

Software Knowledge: Basic understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.

Adaptability: Ability to navigate and adapt to changing processes, regulations, and internal requirements.

Problem-Solving Skills: Creative and solution-oriented mindset to effectively address customer challenges.
