Mostly, Kinnovis has helped our business by streamlining all enquiries, automating everything that we have on our self-storage site when it comes to taking customer bookings, seeing all the analytics and having all the information that the customers have given us on our facility map.
Is there one feature you like the most?
The one feature I like the most about Kinnovis is being able to see all the analytics in one place, seeing all the monthly incomings, exactly what’s coming into your accounts and just streamlining that whole process to make everything automated and just having it all there on one screen to see.
How did you find the onboarding experience?
The onboarding experience has been fantastic. Fabian, my Project Manager helped me every step of the way, helping show me all the instructions and details I needed to successfully onboard. Anything I needed asking questions-wise, no matter what time of the day, he’d always get back to me, giving me all the information I needed. It was fantastic.
Who do you think would benefit from using Kinnovis?
All self-storage sites would benefit greatly. We’ve found that it’s helped our business massively with streamlining automation, taking bookings and having all the information in one booking portal that customers can use. We really do recommend it to all self-storage stores.
